Order and Shipping Information

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express at no additional charge.
  • All our products are brand new: We never sell refurbished products, unless noted.
  • Every item is under the manufacturer's warranty only.
  • Shipping and Handling, or Insurance is not refundable.
  • There are absolutely no returns.
  • Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility.
  • Shipping, handling and insurance are included in shipping cost.
  • Prices may fluctuate due to market and availability.
  • Pictures are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the actual product.

If you have not yet received your order

Orders placed over the internet or via phone usually ship within 24-48 hours. Most of our orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Please allow for weekend delays as business days only are calculated in this calculation. (This could delay the arrival of your package by up to two days.)

If you have any questions about a charge appearing on your credit card account

Every time you attempt to place an order on the internet an authorization is made for that amount on your credit card. The authorization will turn into a charge when your order is processed and you will then be issued an order number. If the order, for some reason, did not go through, the authorization will clear off of your account. The average time is 3-5 days, depending on your banks' policy.

If you have not received an email confirmation after placing an internet order

With each order that gets placed on the internet site, an order confirmation gets emailed to the customer. If you did not get an order number or an email confirmation the order most likely did not go through. However, we recommend that you call your bank to see whether a charge was made against your account. If there are no charges, we suggest placing the order again. If there are charges against your account, please email us at info@polarismemory.com.

If you have any questions about our shipping procedures

Local Carriers, FedEx or UPS are PMI carriers of choice. Orders placed before 12:00pm EST will usually ship within 24 hours pending proper authorization. Packages that are shipped standard should arrive at your door within 5 business days. PMI only ship and deliver on weekdays. Saturday delivery is only available via phone orders placed on Fridays.

If you have any questions regarding our Shipping Costs

To get the shipping cost, simply add the items to you cart and the shipping total will automatically be calculated at checkout. Please be advised that we ship via Local carrier, FedEx or UPS. PMI has chosen these carriers because we have found that their service and reliability is excellent.

Do we ship Internationally?

At the current time, PMI does not ship outside of the United States.

Do we accept Purchase Orders?

PMI only accepts purchase orders from Government, Educational, and Large Corporate establishments. Please email sales@polarismemory.com, Attention: Credit Department.

Is my order subject to sales tax?

PMI shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida. Resellers in Florida may be eligible for sales tax exemption, please contact us to place your order.
